Our Regular and One-Off Cleaning Services

Evaclean agrees to perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner,
using every care to achieve a satisfactory service.

By ordering Evaclean services via telephone, e-mail or website, the client agrees to
Evaclean’s terms and conditions of service.

The client must supply a list of tasks and cleaning materials and equipment. Evaclean cannot be held responsible for an unsuccessful cleaning visit if adequate cleaning materials and equipment in full working order are not supplied. If the client requires Evaclean to supply cleaning equipment and materials a surcharge will apply.

 

Regular Domestic Cleaning (minimum two hours per visit)

This cleaning service includes:

• Clean and polish all surfaces and furniture in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean toilets;
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom(s);
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs;
• Polish silver and brass, fire places and antiques.

Charges and Payment

Regular domestic cleaning is charged at an hourly rate.

 

Ironing

Evaclean offers both regular and one-off ironing services. Please contact us with your requirements.

One-off Cleaning (minimum three hours per visit)

A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.

This cleaning service includes:

• Clean and polish all surfaces and furniture in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean toilets;
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom(s);
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs;
• Floor cleaning including washing carpets; and
• Polish silver and brass, fire places and antiques.

Charges and Payment

One-off cleaning is charged by the job.

Payment should be made in full by cash or cheque at the end of the visit.

 

Spring Cleaning

A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.

This cleaning service includes:

• Clean all cupboards (inside and out) in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean and polish all surfaces and furniture in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean toilets;
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom;
• Descale bathroom;
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs;
• Clean all floors including washing carpets;
• Clean all windows from inside, window frames and sills;
• Clean all skirting and doors;
• Wash all sockets and switches; and
• Clean all skirting boards.

Charges and Payment

Spring cleaning is charged by the job.

Payment should be made in full by cash or cheque at the end of the visit.

 

Move In/Out Cleaning

A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.

his cleaning service includes:

• Clean all cupboards (inside and out) in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean and polish all surfaces and furniture in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean toilets;
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom;
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs;
• Clean all floors including washing carpets;
• Clean all windows from inside, window frames and sills;
• Clean all skirting and doors;
• Wash all sockets and switches;
• Clean all skirting boards; and
• Make sure all the property is dust free.

Charges and Payment

Moving in/out cleaning is charged by the job..

Payment should be made in full by cash or cheque at the end of the visit.

 

After Builders Cleaning

A Cleaning Order Confirmation is required before work commences.

The property must be ready and all building work completed before cleaning commences.

This cleaning service includes:

• Clean all cupboards (inside and out) in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean and polish all surfaces and furniture in the kitchen, bedroom(s), living room(s) etc;
• Clean toilets;
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom;
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs;
• Clean all floors including washing carpets;
• Clean all windows from inside, window frames and sills;
• Clean all skirting and doors;
• Wash all sockets and switches;
• Clean all skirting boards; and
• Make sure all the property is dust free.

After builders cleaning is charged by the job.

Payment should be made in full by cash or cheque at the end of the visit.

Cleaning up after parties is charged at an hourly rate or by the job.

Payment should be made in full by cash or cheque at the end of the visit.
